Resorts World at the NEC is around 10 minutes from Springfield House — ideal for outlet-style shopping before or after an exhibition. Touchwood Solihull is around 20 minutes away, Sunday markets and Hoar Park Craft Village approximately 15 minutes, with the Bullring around 20 minutes and Cannock Designer Outlet around 30 minutes.

Sunday markets: Furnace End at Springfield Farm opens from 5am on Sundays (March–December). Arrive early for the best bargains — sellers set up from 5am and buyers from 6am.

Morning at the NEC, then lunch and outlet shopping at Resorts World — around 10 minutes between Springfield House and the campus. Leave the car at the B&B with free parking.

Sunday car boot + Hoar Park

Start at Furnace End from 6am for bargains, then cross the road to Hoar Park Craft Village for lunch, independent shops, or the children's farm. Both around 15 minutes from Springfield House.

Train to the Bullring

Coleshill Parkway to Birmingham New Street in around 13 minutes — Grand Central and the Bullring are directly above the station. No city-centre driving or CAZ charges.
