What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards. On your departure day, we try to be flexible with checkout times to suit your flight, subject to availability — just let us know your schedule.
What if my return flight is delayed?
Your car will be waiting whenever you arrive. Just let us know about any delays before take-off so we can make sure everything is ready.
How do I book if my trip is a different length?
For 1–8 nights away, select the 8-Night package. For 9–15 nights, select the 15-Night package. For 16+ nights, choose the 15-Night package and add Additional Parking at £5 per extra night during checkout.
How do I get to the airport?
We arrange your transfer to Birmingham Airport (just 7 minutes away). When you return, we drive your car to meet you at the terminal — no shuttle buses or long walks with luggage.
