No hot food in bedrooms
Hot food causes odours and potential spillage that require deep cleaning. You're very welcome to use the dining room or patio — just let us know before 8pm and we'll provide plates and cutlery.
A £150 deep-clean charge may apply for violations.

Lock all entrance doors
For your safety and the security of all guests, please ensure the main entrance door is locked when entering or leaving.

Quiet hours after 10pm
To respect all guests, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. This includes phone calls in corridors and hallways.

No smoking anywhere on the property
Springfield House is entirely non-smoking, including rooms, bathrooms, and all outdoor areas.

No pets
We're unable to accommodate pets in the property.

Registered guests only
Rooms are for registered guests only. Please do not invite additional visitors to your room without prior arrangement.

Fire safety
Fire exits are clearly marked. Assembly point is in the front car park. Do not use lifts in the event of a fire.
